You'll have three weeks to complete 180 minutes of movement outside! That’s just three weekly 20-minute sessions of hiking, running, trail running, rock climbing or however else you would prefer to move. Or for those feeling eager to push their boundaries, you could take on a lengthier session and claim your kudos earlier! For those seeking inspiration, why not take on the Hope Valley Round?
