Introducing Alyssa Wendt

Born and raised in Colorado, USA, Alyssa now calls the Elk Mountains of Crested Butte (the official start point of the epic Grand Traverse Ski race Montane are now headline sponsors of) her home.

Alyssa is a full-time health and wellness coach who supports clients in managing their chronic pain to live healthier and more active lives. But alongside this (when not behind a screen) she’s out skiing with a pocketful of swedish fish, mountain biking, trail running, learning guitar, gardening, donkey racing (yup), and cooking with friends. She thanks her dad’s crazy adventure ideas, from ski hut trips in blizzards to biking up mountains under a full moon, for her love of the outdoors.

Today Alyssa finds herself scheming up many adventures, including chasing an Olympic ski mountaineering dream. She finds the process of learning, connecting, and laughing along the way brings out the best version of herself.
