This is a great pack for running with; small very light and lots of pockets to carry the essentials. So comfy it's easy to forget you are wearing it after a couple of kms... quality is very good too. Defo recommmend but do read the sizing guide! (I had to replace the s/m with a m/l - and montane refunded my money the day after I posted it!!)
