    Montane Elasticated Chest Straps

    Unfortunately this item doesn't solve the problem of the slippage of the strap! I have to tighten it every couple of minutes which is a real pain over distance, I have chopped it up and made my own with a thicker elastic which seems to have solved the problem. Montane take note and please fix this moving forward.

    Montane Elasticated Chest Straps

    I bought these after contacting Montane for replacement straps for my Gecko VP vest, as one of the original straps had fall off and I couldn't find it. They sent me the link for these. The straps aren't ideal as they only have a clip on one side. I can still use them by looping them through the vest but it's not great. I love the vest but the straps are prone to falling off when you're not wearing it.
