Despite some small drawbacks for me, I like this cap. It's light, low bulk and properly waterproof. I use a cap like this to keep rain water off my glasses, something it does much better than the hood on my jackets but I will often still wear it with the hood up for that purpose. Like many waterproof items it can be a bit of a sweat trap if you are working hard. When I do get a sweat on, the material of the inner headband takes a little while to dry off
I have a 59cm head circumference, which I suppose puts me in the large size range. This cap is right on the size limit for me. Even with the adjustment strap undone (I've now cut it off entirely) the cap is still ever so slightly on the over snug side, for me.

great quality product but be clear it is a rain cap. perfect to keep your head dry when it is raining but zero breathability..on a sunny warm day your head will be soaking from sweat as there is nowhere for the perspiration to go.. but as a rain cap it is excellent...

Thank you for leaving your review. Great to hear the Minimus Lite cap is performing well to keep your head dry. While we design our waterproof products to be as breathable as possible, you are correct that on a sunny warm day they will struggle to move the necessary amount of moisture over a long period of time.
We do offer a number of caps not made using waterproof fabrics; the Trail Lite Cap is an excellent choice for maximum breathability, and the Dyno Stretch cap is a good consideration if you're after a bit more wind resistance and water repellency.
